The worst has happened.
Someone you love has died, and for some bizarre reason unknown to you people seem to expect that you should innately know how to live with this pain.
This expectation is incredibly unreasonable, and it is precisely why I am here.
As a grief coach I am here to provide you with the tools you need to learn how to not only survive this pain, but slowly create a life that feels loving and gentle as you learn how to live with a heart that will be forever broken by this loss.

In this first session you will share as much as you wish about your experience with loss, and the struggles you are experiencing. At the end of this session I will present you a plan of issues we can work through together and a recommended number of sessions to do so.
After these sessions I will give you a list of resources and tools (such as support groups in your area, or instructions on how to find proper care for your trauma) to help you continue to find support as you live with grief. You will, of course, have the option of continuing to meet with me regularly. But if these sessions have given you the tools you need that you can simply know that my door is always open if you are ever in need of support again!

The link below will take you to a form that will allow you to give me a bit more information your experience with loss, and the type of support you are looking for.

Once I get this information I will reach out to you directly in 1-3 business days to give you an estimated plan of support and we can go from there!
