You deserve gentleness in grief

all meetings are virtual - I meet with grievers all over the world! There is space for you here 🖤

This Space Is For You If:

You're Grieving a Sibling

Sibling loss is often overlooked and minimized.
People don't always understand that losing a brother or sister means losing someone who knew you your entire life, who shared your history, and who was supposed to be there for your future. This grief is profound, and it deserves to be recognized.

Your Loss Was Traumatic

Deaths by suicide, accident, overdose, or other sudden circumstances carry their own particular weight. The shock, the questions, the trauma of how they died—it all becomes part of your grief. You need space to process both the loss and the circumstances, without anyone rushing you through it.

You're Tired of Platitudes

If one more person tells you "everything happens for a reason," "they're in a better place," or "time heals all wounds," you might scream. You need someone who understands that these phrases, however well-intentioned, can feel dismissive and harmful. You deserve support that honors your reality, not minimizes it.

Schedule Your Initial Appointment

In our first  session, we'll:

  • Talk about your loved one and where you are in grief without judgment

  • Discuss how coaching works and what we'd focus on together

  • Answer any questions you have

  • See if it feels like a good fit for both of us

There's no pressure and no obligation to continue after our initial appointment.

You can expect a reply in 48 business hours. We will either set up an initial appointment or I will add you to my waitlist (depending on my current availability).

I am so so deeply sorry for the pain of this loss.

Pricing Plans

One session is $105 but through pricing plans they can be as low as $71.50 each!
Please schedule an initial appointment before purchasing a plan...

What My Clients Say

Gretchen helped me with the painful loss of friendships/close family relationships. She helped me to find ways to deal with my anxiety. She helped prepare me for a meaningful trip. Gretchen, you were a major part in what I think has become a ‘return to myself’ period I feel like I am now in. Thank you for being so genuine, for being honest and for giving me such love.
