Pricing Plans

I offer pricing plans to lower overall costs for you (I know how expensive getting this care can be).
Through pricing plans appointments can be as low as $71.50 a session.

Please schedule an initial appointment before purchasing a plan...

In your initial appointment I am able to get a better idea of where you are in your grief, and what specific struggles you are experiencing. After this appointment I send you an email in which I name some of the struggles I am noticing, along with a suggested number of appointments. ​​

Anger, guilt, and other intense emotions after loss often feel overwhelming or 'wrong' - but they're a natural part of grief. We'll create a gentle space to explore these challenging feelings without judgment.  Using self compassion we will carefully process these emotions, and learn which narratives we can learn from, and which ones to let go.

Reassess Relationships

Grief can really impact relationships and change priorities. I will help you check in and help you gain clarity over what relationships feel safe and supportive and which ones might leave you feeling tense.
With this information we will slowly explore how to move forward in these relationship.

 Together, we'll explore ways to build comfort and coziness into your daily routines, honor your needs for rest and quiet moments, and shape a life that feels safe and sustainable while carrying your grief. This isn't about 'bouncing back' - it's about moving forward with tenderness toward yourself.
