My Approach
I use a unique 5 step approach that I have crafted after working with dozens of sibling grievers one on one, and hundreds in group settings.
I believe grief isn't something to be "fixed" or overcome – it's a natural response to profound loss that deserves to be acknowledged and honored.
Rather than pushing for resilience or seeking silver linings, I encourage creating a gentler path forward. I focus on helping grieving siblings find ways to make their lives softer and cozier after loss, emphasizing safe relationships and spaces. I believe that sometimes, simply choosing to live after such devastating losses is an immense act of courage.
I offer companionship rather than correction on your grief journey, recognizing that each person's experience is unique and that grief becomes part of our ongoing life story – not a challenge to overcome, but a reality to tend to with care and compassion.
