THERE'S NOTHING QUITE LIKE GRIEF THAT WON'T LIFT

If what you're doing isn't helping, you need guidance that actually understands traumatic grief.

Share your story of grief with me and I'll build you what you deserve... a personalized roadmap; custom resources, verified providers, and a clear path forward when everything feels impossible.

If you find yourself Googling "therapists near me" at 2am only to close your laptop in frustration... Just remember, the right support exists—you just need someone to help you find it.

Spending hours researching resources when your brain barely functions feels impossible. When you're in survival mode, even simple tasks become overwhelming.

Plus, when you do find a therapist who looks promising—
you have no idea if they're actually good for traumatic grief.

You need a personalized guide built by someone who gets traumatic loss
and knows exactly what works (not generic grief advice)—and that's where I come in.

I get it.

It's time to stop searching alone. And what's more supportive than having someone who understands do the work for you?

Grief resources can be a melting pot of toxic positivity, the comparison trap, and the neverending saga of "Will this therapist even understand?"

But—finding the right support can also be life-changing. A place where you connect with providers who actually get trauma, where you're validated (not rushed), and where creating a loving life becomes possible.

The EMDR therapist Gretchen found me helped heal my brain in ways that are hard to name. Finding a new therapist is terrifying and I was so grateful for Gretchen's help at such a vulnerable time.

FAQs

Q: How long until I get my guide?
A: 5-7 business days from purchase. I personally create each one, so it takes time to do it right.

Q: What information do you need from me?
A: After purchase, you'll fill out a short form (5 minutes) asking:

  • Your location (city/state or zip code)

  • How your sibling died

  • Any specific needs (insurance preferences, therapy modality interests, etc.)

  • Your sibling's name (optional but helps me personalize the cover letter)

  • any additional information you'd like to share

The form is simple and there's no "wrong" way to fill it out.

Q: What if the resources don't work for me?
A: You can email me within 30 days with one follow-up question and I'll provide additional suggestions. But I can't guarantee every resource will be a perfect fit—grief is too individual for that.

Q: Do you call these providers to verify they're accepting clients?
A: No. Provider availability changes constantly, so you'll need to reach out directly using the scripts I provide. That's why I give you 3-5 options instead of just one.

Q: What if I don't live near a major city?
A: I'll include online therapy options, national support groups, and resources that work anywhere.

Q: Can I get a refund if I don't like it?
A: Because this is a personalized digital product that I create specifically for you from scratch, I don't offer refunds. However, I stand behind the quality and will address one follow-up question within 30 days.

Q: What if I'm too overwhelmed to use these resources right now?
A: That's okay. This guide will be here when you're ready. You don't have to contact anyone immediately—think of it as your roadmap for when you have the capacity.
