Work With Me

Trauma-informed support for the hardest losses—without toxic positivity, without timelines, without pretending this is anything but devastating.

I'm Gretchen,

and I specialize in trauma-informed grief support for people navigating the hardest losses—particularly sibling loss and suicide loss.

If someone you love died suddenly—by suicide, overdose, accident, or violence—you know that "normal" grief support doesn't cut it.

You're not just grieving. You're traumatized. Your nervous system is stuck in survival mode. People keep telling you things that make it worse. You need something different.

I've lived this. I've lost siblings and nieces to sudden death. I know what it's like when your body won't calm down, when people say things that destroy you, when traditional grief support feels completely inadequate for what you're experiencing.

My primary work is one-on-one coaching. These sessions are where we work together on your specific situation—your nervous system, your boundaries, your family dynamics, your survival strategies. It's personalized, boundaried support that meets you exactly where you are.

But I also know that 1:1 coaching isn't accessible to everyone, or maybe you're not ready for that level of support yet. So I've created three other ways to work with me:

As a survivor of multiple losses who has also been trained in grief coaching, spiritual companioning, and somatic care - I have the tools to help you learn to survive your grief.

Sibling Grief Group

Live Zoom Meetings

$850
(payment plans as low as $85/ mo)

Group support specifically for people who lost a brother or sister.

Sibling loss is different. It's disenfranchised grief—people don't understand why you're "still" struggling when it "wasn't your child or spouse." Your family dynamics shifted. Your identity changed. You lost your past, present, and future all at once.

This group is where you can stop explaining and just be witnessed by people who get it.

What You Get:

  • Live Zoom sessions with 10-12 other sibling loss survivors

  • Tools you can ACTUALLY use to cope with the pain of sibling grief

  • Strong bonds with others who understand the pain of sibling grief

  • Framework for navigating changed family dynamics

  • A continuing group chat with the other participants that continues LONG after the group ends

  • Connection with people who understand sibling loss without you having to educate them

This is for you if:

  • Your sibling died traumatically: from medical trauma, by suicide, overdose, or accident

  • You feel invisible in your family's grief

  • You want to be able to ask questions and form bonds with other sibling grievers.

  • You have no idea who you are after this loss and need a safe space to explore how this grief has impacted you.

Format: Video-based course with downloadable companion guides. Work at your own pace. No worksheets, no 'homework', no pressure.
